*Mommy & Me - Parent Participation required – 40 minute class*

TODDLER GYM (10-24 months) – A wonderful introductory program for toddlers and moms alike.  Have lots of fun and make new friends as you and your child explore all our toddler size equipment. Bubbles, songs, and giggles fill the air.

MON: 9:30 TUES: 9:30 WEDS: 11:10 THURS: 9:30 FRI: 10:20 SAT: 9:30 (1 & 2 yrs)

ROMP & ROLL (2 years) – The children are able to use all the gymnastic equipment.  Parents, children and teachers will work together at a weekly progressive skill. We will work on body awareness and coordination.

MON: 10:20 & 11:10 TUES: 10:20 & 12:30 (2-4 yrs) WEDS: 9:30, 10:20 & 12:30 (2-4 yrs)

THURS: 10:20 FRI: 9:30 SAT: 10:20 (2 & 3 yrs)

COMBINATION TODDLER CLASS (1-3 years)

This class is designed for that special age gap of sibling and friends that would like to experience and participate in a class together.

MON: 12:30 THURS: 1:30 & FRI: 12:30

ROMP & ROLL II (2 ¾ - 4 yrs) – This class offers a sit down warm up and lesson with instructors. Children are offered a new and exciting gymnastic lesson each week.  Parents and their children are encouraged to follow along with the weekly lesson.

MON: 12:30 (1-3 yrs) TUES: 12:30 (2-4 yrs) WEDS: 12:30 (2-4 yrs) THURS: 12:30

FRI: 11:10 & 12:30 (1-3 yrs) SAT: 10:20

*Independent Classes- No Parent required – 50 minute class*

BUSY BEES & TUMBLE BEES (3-6 yrs) – Children enrolling in this class must be 3 years of age before the first class. Exciting weekly lesson plans have been designed to develop specific gymnastic skills.  All gymnastic equipment will be introduced. The children will be divided into groups according to age and ability. MON: 1:30TUES: 11:00 & 1:30 WEDS: 1:30 THURS: 11:00 SAT: 11:10

KINDERGARTEN & PRE-K GYM – Great afterschool program for those full day pre –k and kindergarten children that are looking for an independent gymnastics class working on progressive skills.  

TUES & THURS 3:45

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (5 – 9 yrs) – 60 minute class Children participates in all our gymnastic events and are taught skills and combinations without a competitive atmosphere. We will work on progressive routines on the trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and floor tumbling.

MON & WEDS: 3:45

Our Private Birthday Parties are rated in the top 3 of Bergen County

Parties start at $250.00
